How can I send a Referral?
     
  Call or Visit our Rental Specialists
  Call or visit one of our Rental Specialists directly and provide the information on the Renter or Property Owner.
  Fill out an Online Request
  You can use our online Referral Form to refer a Property Owner or Renter.
  Personal Agent Page Link
  Agents may elect to add rental services to their suite of services offered on their Personal Agent Pages or website.
   
What do I get paid for successful referrals?
     
  Owner Referral for Property Management: $200 or 25% of our Tenant Placement Commission, whichever is greater
  Owner Referral for Tenant Placement Only: $100 or 10% of our Tenant Placement Commission, whichever is greater
  Renter Referral: $50
  Referral Fees will mailed no later than 25 days after the beginning of the lease to the Broker.
   
What happens if my Referred Client decides to buy or sell?
     
  If your referral ever decides to buy or sell, they are referred back to you to make the sale.
  If a successful sale is made, absolutely no fees are due to Rent Solutions from the sale.
  Keep in mind, we specialize in providing Rental and Property Management Services. None of our agents sell Real Estate.
   
How will I be updated on the status of my Referral?
     
  We will contact the referral within 4 business hours. After the initial contact we will contact you to provide you with an initial update.
  Once the referral decides to rent with us or list their property with us we will provide an additional update. We will also let you know if we were unable to help the client in any way.
  After a successful transaction is completed we will provide a final update the details of the transaction along with the amount and timing of your Referral Fee.
   
How can I partner with Rent Solutions to grow my business?
 
Set Up an Initial Interview with our Team Leader or one of our Rental Specialists
  Call or visit Ralph Corigliano at (813) 380-8057 or complete our online Request.
  An initial interview generally takes about 15-30 minutes.
  The goal of the interview is to learn as much as possible about your current business and goals to determine how we can best work together.
2. Participate in a Business Development Consultation
 
  Based on what we learn from the initial interview, we will select up to 5 initial personally selected strategies that are best suited for your needs.
  For each strategy, we will review the strategy, steps to take, demonstrate sample scripts and provide examples of successful implementation.
  We offer time-tested strategies that when applied properly can dramatically increase your leads and revenues.
3. Establish Business Goals and Track the Results
 
  For each strategy selected, we will work with you to establish goals and expected results from the activities.
  We track all aspects of our initiatives. Depending on the strategies selected, many of the leads, revenues and results will be available online for the participating Realtor.
4. Actively Work to Improve the Relationship and Results Achieved
 
  We will work with you to increase effectiveness, opportunities and do more business together.
  You will have access to our exclusive Realtor Solution Center and Realtor Resource Center.
  We will provide on-going training and consulting to improve Agent skills, increase effectiveness and generate more business together.
